There are many female mosaicists in Ravenna, and we are grateful for their commitment to passing down a thousand-year tradition characteristic of Ravenna. 

The documentary aims to highlight the work of the young artists of Ravenna and offer a glance at the present scene that projects itself into a forward-looking international dimension. Some selected protagonists have roots in Ravenna, while others came from various countries and continents to study or pursue their artistic research here. The testimonies of the young artists are introduced through an attentive gaze of a young curator and an art historian of Ravenna.
