The exhibition will visually showcase the recipe for cappelletti, through mosaic sculpture, trademark of the artist Silvia Naddeo, making reference to the manual "Science in the kitchen and the art of eating well" by Pellegrino Artusi crafting all the phases of creation up to the finished dish.
