What's new in the mosaic research of the young artists at the Fine Arts Academy of Ravenna?
Mosaic is a creative experience in which the extraordinary tradition is assimilated with great freedom and curiosity by the young artists of the Fine Arts Academy of Ravenna and reinvented by them with the purpose of making fragmentation the common denominator of each work, using fine glass or photographic materials, painting and plastic. The art of creating and producing jewellery can also be applied in this adventure uniting design, masterly technique and mosaic thanks to the course which in Ravenna has a great tradition from Giò Pomodoro to the current department of Alberto Zorzi, with a workshop dedicated precisely to the use of micro-mosaics in the creation of jewellery.
Creations that have multiple routes and looks that make the difference as a path.
The exhibition is held in the beautiful cloisters of the Franciscan complex.
